Providing education to instill confidence for you and your partner. We'll discuss all things labour, birth and postpartum to ensure you both feel prepared. We'll create an individualised birth plan outlining your preferences, empowering you to make decisions. This package can be provided face to face or virtually, so you don't need to be local to me to book. 

What is it?

- 3 x 90min Pre-natal coaching and education
- 1 x Individualised Birth Plan
- Text/Email/Phone Support in the lead up to your birth
- 1 x 60min Birth debrief

The most popular package as it offers comprehensive support for you and your partner throughout the pregnancy, labour and birth, and postpartum period. You and your partner will receive education tailored to your needs, and we will discuss and develop an individualised birth plan. I will provide emotional and physical support throughout your labour and birth, as well as two postpartum visits to help nurture you during the fourth trimester. 

What is it?

- 3 x 90min Pre-natal coaching and education sessions
- 1 x Individualised Birth Plan

- On call for 2 weeks either side of your due date

- Complimentary hire of labour TENS machine

- Physical and emotional support for you and your partner throughout labour and birth

- 2 x 2hour Postpartum support visits within 6 weeks post birth. 

- Text/phone support including during the first 6 weeks postpartum.

This is all about mothering the mother. Providing support and holding space for the new parents. Think nurturing meals, a hot coffee and chat, rest, a shower alone, a load of washing done, maybe even some clean sheets. The needs of a new mother vary, and this package is designed to provide the mother with whatever it is they need most. 

What is it? 

- 1 x Pre-natal visit to plan and prepare for your postpartum period

- 12 hours of postpartum support. Shared across 3, 4 or 6 visits.

Preparation and planning for labour and birth for you and your partner. A session specifically dedicated to developing your birth plan.

What is it?
1 x 90min Prenatal session to discuss and develop your birth plan
1 x Individualised birth plan typed up for you to provide to your care providers.

Additional support in the postpartum period to assist with rest, recovery and nurturing for you and your partner.

What is it?

1 x 2hour Postpartum support session.
